ORDERING/ INFORMATION

Use the 'Add to cart' buttons to the right of the listings to select the items you want to buy. When you are ready to make the purchase, click the 'Secure Checkout' button on the Shopping Cart page. You will be taken to a secure server to enter your information.

Once you have made a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email receipt.

If you prefer, you can email your selections and your postal/shipping information to steve@rookyricardosrecords.com .

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards and debit cards.

We also accept international money orders, cash in US$, US checks, U.K. Pounds, U.K. checks and money orders, and Euros. If you wish to pay by these methods send an email to steve@rookyricardosrecords.com and we will confirm the order with payment instructions.

Remember, though checks need to clear before we can ship your tunes.

 

SHIPPING

All records are carefully packed in record mailing cartons and packing to ensure that you receive them in good condition. We ship orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

We ship all orders by US Postal Service first class. International orders are shipped first class air.

For the US mainland, a postage charge of $5 covers the first 2 LP records. For each record thereafter,  add 50c, For multi-lp sets, please count each record as one.

For 45 rpm records only, $3.00 covers the first three and 50c is added for each additional record

International postage rates for 45's are $5.00 up to three items the $1 for each additional disc. Generally we try to ship at cost price. For orders of $100 or more, the shipping and handling is free.

INSURANCE

Please remember that our resposibility ends when we bring your order to the post office for shipment. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged or stolen.
You may want to consider insuring your purchase, especially if it is an expensive record, or large order.

The cost of insurance for domestic mailing is nominal, just .85 for up to $50.00 in value, 1.80 from $50.01-$100.00 in value, and .95 per $100.00 in value thereafter up to a maximum of $500.00.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once we
have delivered your order to the post office or carrier.
If you would prefer a method of shipment other than air, you can advise us
at the time of purchase. If you have any special declaration notations that you require on the customs transmittal form,
please advise us when you place your order.
International air shipments usually take 4-6 days to your country's customs terminal, and customs clearance
time varies by country. Usually, however, there's no delay. Surface shipments average 4-6 weeks to most
countries, and the cost saving is minimal on small orders, so we don't recommend it.
